This Thursday and Friday Gold Rush will be having assessment days.  The purpose of these days are to get an idea of where your child is at academically so we can best meet their needs.  We feel it is best to get this information early in the year and look forward to meeting one-on-one with your child.  

Here is how it works:

1)  Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

2) Greeters will direct you where to go when you arrive.

3) Your child will be escorted to their teacher where they will spend 1 hour doing various assessments.  

4) During the hour your child is with their teacher you are welcome to stay or go.  

5) Once your child is done with their assessments a runner will deliver your child to you in the gym where you can get their school picture taken.
